Group Presentation Skills - Nerves

Nerves can be a good thing when give a presentation providing they are not so strong that they have a bad effect on your ability to present. Because many people are affected by public speaking stage fright it is important to know some group presentation skills that will help to handle them.

Some of the common symptoms of public speaking anxiety are;-

1. Dry throat and mouth making it difficult to speak properly and may cause you to cough

2. Shaking hands and even legs.

3. A sick to the stomach feeling

4. Your mind going blank just as you are about to present your material. It is said that your mind never stops working from birth until stand up to present or speak in public.

There are group presentation skills that will help you cope with these symptom of stage fright.
